Your role in this mission
We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join our Customer Support team, providing day-to-day proactive technical support for our SaaS platform to our global customers 🌎
You'll speak with customers to manage expectations and troubleshoot issues as quickly as possible. You'll make the most of our resources to ensure only the most urgent issues are escalated to the Product team.
You'll jump at the chance to build and improve processes for efficiency.
Some of the things you'll be looking after:
- Handling emails and outbound calls, and operating live chat on our website.
- Managing, triaging and working on issues in the customer support queue.
- Collecting, reporting and escalating customer feedback, bugs and praise across the business.
- Creating robust processes to improve our self-serve content.
You'll bring to the tribe your experience in:
- A technical customer or software support role.
- Startup, SaaS or technology businesses.
- Azure and SSO management configuration and management.
- Efficiently and effectively managing the support inbox.
- Using runbooks to capture and diagnose issues.
- Categorising tickets using systems like Jira and Intercom.
- Diving into databases such as SQL and Metabase to build reusable queries.
And you’ll learn:
- CRM systems such as HubSpot and Google Workspace.
- Proofpoint, CrowdStrike, Microsoft Defender and Mimecast and how they integrate with our platform.
- Collaboration tools such as Slack, Trello and Intercom.
- The benefits of implementing and working within the ITIL framework.
- To work with direct customers and Channel Partners.
