Salary: £50,000 - £60,000
Bonus: up to 10% bonus and generous options package

Your role in this mission

We are looking for a full stack engineer, proficient in frontend technology and backend languages with a passion for building user-friendly and high-performance applications.

As part of the tribe, you will have the opportunity to work on challenging projects, learn from experienced engineers, and contribute to a product that makes a real difference in cybersecurity.

What we want you to do:

Full Stack Development:

Design, develop and maintain both frontend and backend components of our applications.
Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code that adheres to best practices.
Collaborate with designers and product managers to translate UI/UX designs into functional code.
Optimise application performance and user experience.
Work with our infrastructure team to deploy and manage applications in a scalable and secure manner.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.

Mentorship and Skill Development:

Mentor team members and foster a culture of continuous learning.
Participate in hackathons and other learning initiatives.

Skills, knowledge and experience:

Strong proficiency in frontend technologies (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js)Strong proficiency in backend languages (e.g., Python, Node.js, Ruby on Rails).
Experience with databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB) and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure).
Passion for building user-friendly and high-performance applications.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Experience in automated testing and proficiency with testing frameworks.
Experience in agile teams, code reviewing with best practices.
Ability to refine high-level designs into lower-level, actionable written technical specifications.
Confidence with both greenfield and legacy projects.
